History
The home was owned by Charles S. Taylor as of the 1913 atlas, but since the 1908 map cuts off Township Line, I can't easily determine when exactly it was built. The home was listed for sale in 1919 for $12,500.
1910 census: It's unclear whether or not this family truly lived on the property, but since it is the only one listed along with the Barker's residence at 108 Township Line, I am assuming that it is the property next door. 1910 census did not include house numbers for the Southern Precinct of Haverford.

In 1914, the home was purchased by Philadelphian baseball player Amos Strunk. It was for some reason listed as the "Broome Property", despite the fact that the home was listed as Taylor's property the previous year.
1920 census: Amos is living with his wife (later of 323 Valley Road).

In 1972, the home was sold to the Gustafson family (owners of the Llanerch Diner), who I suspect are landlords, because they also owned 104 Township Line Road at the same time.
